The exchange must be made within 14 days of receipt. Once this period has expired, we can unfortunately no longer exchange your product.

The warranty policy has a duration of 30 days. If the product develops a defect within 30 days without human fault or influence, you are entitled to a refund or a new product. If you would like to activate the warranty policy, please email info.myswitch@gmail.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging. If this is not the case, we cannot process your return request.
